• Business information, brand materials, photos, and website content you share as part of a design project

• Payment information when you purchase a service or digital product (processed by third parties, see Section 3)

I use trusted third-party tools to run my business. Each has its own privacy policy, and I encourage you to review them.

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) manages my email list and marketing emails

• HoneyBook handles client contracts, invoicing, and project communication

• ManyChat handles automated Instagram messaging when you comment a keyword

• Calendly handles appointment scheduling

• Google Analytics provides anonymized website traffic data

• QuickBooks handles accounting and financial records

• Canva is used to create and deliver design files

Payment processing is handled by these platforms and their payment partners. I do not store your full credit card information.

I may also share information when required by law, or to protect my legal rights.

4. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to my email list, join The Crew, or download a freebie, you're consenting to receive marketing emails from me.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to an active project, such as invoices, contracts, or project updates.

If you're an existing client, I may email you about your project regardless of your marketing preferences.

5. Cookies

I work with therapists outside the United States, including in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

If you're located outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using this website or working with me, you consent to that transfer.
