Payment processing is handled by these platforms and their payment partners. I do not store your full credit card information.
I may also share information when required by law, or to protect my legal rights.
4. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to my email list, join The Crew, or download a freebie, you're consenting to receive marketing emails from me.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to an active project, such as invoices, contracts, or project updates.
If you're an existing client, I may email you about your project regardless of your marketing preferences.

Inquiry information from people who don't become clients is kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

If you're located outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using this website or working with me, you consent to that transfer.
If you're located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, I process your information on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or my legitimate business interests. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
